Anyone ever finds a cop's car running down the freeway around 100+ mph without any single incident or emergency awaiting for him... The question here is:
- Can Highway Patrol just go over speed limit anytime they want? Is there any law really spells this out in writing?
- Cops turns on siren to make excuse going fast and avoid waiting for the red light... This happens time to time with ambulance drivers, too...
